We take water quality seriously! Our pools undergo continuous filtration and chemical balancing to maintain safe swimming conditions. Using state-of-the-art water treatment systems, we monitor chlorine and pH levels 2x per day M-F and 7x per day on the weekends, ensuring the water stays clean, clear, and safe for all guests.
Rigorous Cleaning & Sanitization
From the pool decks to the lounge chairs, we follow a strict cleaning protocol throughout the day. When hired, each team member is carefully trained on all aspects of cleanliness and sanitization including the following:

✅ Uses hospital-grade disinfectants to eliminate bacteria and germs.
✅ Carefully follows all IHG protocol and standards required to ensure a clean and safe waterpark.

As a certified lifeguard instructor, Lee plays a vital role in ensuring that all our lifeguards are CPR and AED certified through the Red Cross. Thanks to Lee’s leadership, our highly trained lifeguards are always on duty, maintaining a vigilant watch to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.
